These terms apply to everyone who uses findcareghana.com ("FindCare"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use FindCare.

FindCare is a directory

FindCare helps you find hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, ambulance services, hearse services and caregivers. It does not give medical advice, does not dispatch ambulances and is not a replacement for emergency services. In an emergency, call 112.

Accuracy of listings

Listings come from the organizations themselves and from public sources. Details such as opening hours, bed availability and ambulance status change quickly and may be out of date. Always call ahead to confirm before you travel. We do not guarantee that any listing is complete or correct, and a listing does not mean we recommend or endorse that provider.

Listed organizations

• Only staff authorised by an organization may request a listing or sign in for it.
• You must keep your listing accurate and up to date, and give business contact details only.
• Keep your sign-in details private. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
• We may check, edit, suspend or remove a listing or account that is inaccurate, misleading or misused.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse FindCare. For example, do not try to break into accounts or systems, overload the site, copy the directory in bulk, or use it to send spam or harass anyone. We may block access that puts the service or its users at risk.

Our content

The FindCare Ghana name, logo, design and software belong to FindCare Ghana. You may share links to listings freely.

Limitation of liability

FindCare is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, FindCare Ghana is not liable for any loss or harm arising from using the site or relying on a listing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Ghana.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use FindCare means you accept the changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
